In Saturday, I made a chocolate cake. I usually use chocolate cream made from fresh cream and chocolate of Ghana. But in this time, I used ganache and fresh cream. Ganache make from starch syrup and milk and sweet chocolate. New chocolate cream was very delicious! I will make a cheesecake next time.2017年6月27日火曜日
